OHS Athletic Team Fund-Raiser

With the new Booster Club/Foundation committee this year, we have found even more opportunity for individual teams to create and hold creative fund-raisers. Each team has been asked by the OHS athletic department to appoint a team liaison. This could be a coach but even better would be a parent as the coaches already have so much on their plates. This program is for the team to come up with a creative fund-raising idea and then apply here to see if it would qualify for it to run under the foundation. You can still fund-raise directly through the school and we encourage you to do so. However, if there are restrictions on when/how you can spend your hard-earned money by channeling through OHS, you can always apply with the foundation and we may have less restrictions on how this can be done. We of course still have rules to follow but we may be more flexible. Typically this would be something that would would be over $1,000 and would have a clear benefit over going through OHS for. Not all events would see a benefit here but all you have to do is apply and we will let you know. Good luck!
